CANCELLATION POLICY
Your complimentary consultation and treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will be pleased to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Our team depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive at your scheduled time.
REFUND, GIFT/GIFT CERTIFICATE, and PROMOTIONS POLICY
At Bense SurgiSpa, we have a no refund policy on deposits or prepaid packages.
Any “GIFT” given by Bense Surgispa has an expiry of 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be used toward promotions or products.
Purchased GIFT CERTIFICATES have no expiry.
Patients can use only one “GIFT” per transaction (ie birthday gift, student/senior discount…)
Patients can apply only one promotion or discount per transaction.
